Continue the account on new device

Hi, I'm planning to change my device to new iPhone.
I already spend some cash for my account so I want to continue my account when I get new device.
What should I do to do that? please reply.

Check out my iPad/iPhone topic below. You may not be able to transfer your existing game to your new iPhone and it looks like there are no plans to make it possible in the future (i.e. gamecenter, etc.)
