Season One Prizes

I'm sure the developers know the prizes for season one were not awarded. I lead the Evil Empire alliance and we came in 9th place in group six (top rank). We were suppose to get 24 gold and $1M currency. Our members received zero prizes. What's the estimated timeframe to receive awards?
