Conflict is the solo Player versus Player system in the game. This is where you can take on other players in a Duel or Espionage battle to steal their money and gain Rank.

Conflict

In this screen you will see your Current Rank, Wins/Losses, total conflict XP and the amount needed for the next Rank up. Also you will receive a generated list of opponents based on your level and Rank, the higher Rank you have the higher Ranked opponents you will find.

You gain Rank by battling opponents near your own Rank. If the player is too low of a Rank you will not gain XP towards your next Rank.

Duel

A duel is a battle between you and your opponent using only your Active Team, top five gear items and your Agency Offense/Defense stats. Each win/hit is based on your total Offense and a percentage of your total Defense versus your opponents total Defense and a percentage of their total Offense.

When a hit is made, you will do an amount of damage to the opponents HP, steal a percentage of their money (based on their Vault/Safe level), Gain Conflict XP based on the Rank of the opponent and take damage to your own HP. Each attack, whether it is a successful hit or a miss, will cost one stamina.

When you miss you will instead lose money, Conflict XP and take more damage. So be careful on which opponents you pick, picking unwisely can cost you big time.

Espionage

Is very similar to the Duel, however the big difference is the more allies you have the more of your Agents and gear items you can use in the battle.

If you run into a higher level player that has a nice big Rank but does not have many Allies while you have a full load of allies, you may be able to use Espionage to defeat them depending on how many Agents and Gear you have on hand.

    Influence Scoring Guide:

This table shows how much influence is gained per successful hit by comparing your enemy's influence rank to yours.

    Their Rank
    5 under = 1
    4 under = 2
    3 under = 4
    2 under = 6
    1 under = 8
    Even = 10
    1 above = 12
    2 above = 14

It probably continues on a similar patter of +2 influence gained for each higher influence level rank you attack.
This is why it is good to duel players near your same influence rank because you will gain more influence versus fighting someone at low influence level just to beat them.

This, I cannot find anywhere. How much additional gear can you bring per ally? I've seen enemies with no alliance who could bring in a boat load of extra agents and gear and therefor still managed to beat me.

It seems like the attacker can bring all his gear, but so can the defender; no matter how many allies he/she has.
