Ads not paying Gold

It has become very frustrating to spend the time to set through ads and not receive the Gold that is to be awarded.

This has gone on for some time. Would appreciate Glu resolving this issue ASAP!

Not only do you NOT get the gold for watching free videos! You also don't get the rewards for watching any videos! Knives, rockets, health kits or free energy! This started just as the last Global began, but figured GLU wouldn't fix it until after the holiday weekend but now we are into Tuesday and still no fix and another holiday weekend is approaching! GLU gets paid by companies to advertise their products and services through these videos! Our enticement to watch all of these ads are the rewards earned for doing so! So come on GLU fix the system!

Same here. I have submitted 3 tickets to have this issue resolved. I have been shorted 114 gold bars, 5 First Aid Kits, 4 Energies, 2 Knives and 2 Rockets! No response from Glu yet.
