Need changes for more interest

Hello,
I'm Ketan Chauhan from India.
I would like to give some suggestion as per my knowledge.
1. If Tower, Drone, Drone Modules and Guns need upgrades through Crystals than provide us option to earn more Crystals instead of Cash Currencies. Because we earned lots of Game Currencies which is totally waste for us. We have not any further use of Game Currency. So I suggest you that either provide us option to purchase or upgradation through Game Currency or Provide us more regular fights to earn more Crystals instead of Game Currency.
2. Provide us individual chat windows so we can chat with other players individually.
3. Provide us Agency Events as we all players waiting for Agency Events eagerly.
My game id is same as my login id.
