Ignore button or spam filter

Is there gonna be any sort of filter or ignore button in the chat, I wonder this because today we had a problem with a user named "velvet" spamming racist things and many more swear words pointed towards persons.

EDIT: The global chat is just crazy now can't even talk to people normally there

    Me and other dedicated players start typing the word "SPAM" the moment somebody starts to use the global chat for A snapchat or eHarmony hookup chat. If they start using racist words are swearing we start typing "SPAM" repeatedly until they stop
