Drone part - VIP Only?

Hello!

I stubble on a rocket launcher, power 180 and when I wanted to equip it it said VIP ONLY. What is it exactly? How much gold do I have to spend so it's usable?

    While this is not the same weapon, it is a machine gun, but it say find in Mystery box

    To get that item you must "win" it in the VIP "event" (which just means spent enough gold on other items).
