How to complete Stealth Missions? With knives only?
You need to look around at the mobs that are around you. Wait until they turn their backs to you or else leave the area. You have plenty of time to complete the mission so just go slow and move forward when their backs are turned.

If you use any weapon they will see you and you get captured. Concerned is right, just wait until their back are turned then make your move.
