Error code 204097

Does anyone get the above problem too?
I stuck every time I use university's wifi hotspots,
but I don't have any problem with other games.
Is it the sync problem with the game?
Or it is just the problem of the hotspots,
because I can login the game with my house's wifi hotspot.
Hope someone can help me, thank you!

    I can only imagine the uni servers have antivirus/spam fighters/harmware protection things that would kill progz like GLU's.

    I see your point,
    but I get the error even at home sometimes.
    It is getting worse.

    I have not seen this particular error code, but I have been getting a Network Errors, Please Check Your Connection.
