PVP Crystal Cost Drops At Level 61

I just raised my player level from level 60 to level 61 and was pleasantly surprised to see that the crystals required for a PVP battle dropped to 55 crystals from the 70 crystals that were required for a PVP battle at level 60.

    PVP costs are dropping at all the 1's... they're resetting it back to 55 per match at 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71. It's highest on the 10's.
