Hi HANDLES:
There is one agency in particular that developed a strategy in CKS and has now implemented it in MIRN. They gather a group of approx 60 players and cycle them through the agency when they're active and replace them when they aren't.
This strategy, although not technically illegal and admittedly somewhat creative, ends up going against the spirit of the game and creates an unfair advantage during global events.
In this last event, they ended up with about double the points of the 2nd place agency.
Suggestion: put a waiting period in place after you leave an agency before you can join or re-join another agency. Other games have similar rules and this approach would support the spirit of agency play. The only draw back is if a player gets kicked accidentally, but you could add a confirm screen to avoid the accidental button push...
