Stealth missions missing !! :-(

I have been playing this game for more than 3 months. I have played the stealth missions, but since I crossed the tier from 5-8 I am not getting any of these stealth missions now.. can anyone help me out on this ??

    I think they quit offering them. I'm not getting any either.
