Donation dosent work

Hi guys i wil be happy when a Customer care will see this threeat I donated 2 days a go 2x 100.- and ervy time that i donated it happend loading like over 10 minutes so i closed first the game Blood and Glory Immortals
it didint work 2nd time i donated again 100.- than i waited 10 minuts and reopenedn my phone an supporter told me maybe i need a higher ios but i alredy use ios 8.1.2 and handles cant help i dont understand why cuz last time that i hate same problem he helpet me whel i just want my 200.- donations its the only one game that i donate and not getting my diamonds maybe there is a bug plz chek this and plz send me my gems i dont wana take my money back cuz i love this game i just want the diamonds

And im again sry for my broken englisch plz answer me quickly if any customer or supporter or admin have skype plz add me: marco.stuber2 becouse im thinking about a 1.000$.- donation but i want to know first the safest way
