Neither one is Deimos. I don't have a Deimos amulet but linked a pic of my ring vs. Pirate's. Was surprised I had anything with a higher GS cap.
The ring can go up another 78 GS, so I'd guess the amulet is similar.
Weird, if you actually add things up, Pirate should have 12,807 GS, and the cap should be 12,963 GS (12,308 from gear, 655 from runes). His gear must not be displaying properly and he must have one of the abnormal GS pieces.
