Purchased Gems Not Received Due to Error

I purchased Gems via a subscription 2 weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately but after it said the transaction completed I got an Error and the gems were not added to my account. I have tried talking to in-game support but they have done nothing about it. Asked for screenshot of the transaction receipt which I provided. Still nothing. Now they have not responded in over a week. Please refund my money so I can leave this game for good. The support is horrible.
