It's sickening. Week after week I play my heart out. Many of us legit non hackers do but almost always for nothing. Why do you allow these obvious hackers to continue playing? Do you have the same techs fixing bugs in BGI as you do that Kim kardashian game? I have spent money. Honest hard earned money in this game. I have been upgraded to a priority member, whatever that means. You say you will read tickets, yet I have stopped gettin even the automated messages. There is so much to complain about. But I suggest that everyone who reads this, LOOK UP THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. We are in the right to ask for our money back.
So Glu admin, here it is. Your options. Make it right to everyone you cheated, and eliminate ALL suspicious players, or at least one individual will be reporting you.
