I had an issue with my kindle and had to factory reset. I ended up losing all my characters. I am not starting over especially in a game that the developers are letting die.

I tried getting support to give me some feedback on what'll happen to the Legion of Styx leadership since I was guild leader, but each of the two tickets I opened was closed by support without an answer. I asked them to pass guild lead to moof, maybe it happened, maybe not.
