How could this happen ? I totally zero claim any gem right now and thr crash issue still keep on everyday

    it happen watching video to earn 1 gem and each time finished watching movie or advertisement other game it pop up this messages i can't do anything with this is still happen today which is mean i had zero totally watching for any offer rewards for free watching movie
