My tablet froze and restarted after I purchased some gems and when it restarted my character was gone and it made me start a new one. I need my old guy back Olsen lots of money and earned event rewards also lead a top guild named Death.

    i have new phone and join game. my character delete ? i send ticket but no answer admin.. sorry i speak english bad :) i connect google play but i can't see my character

    Did you restore the game from your old device? Are you on Ios or Android side?
