Not enough at least. There's a guy on my "friends" list who is currently ranked #4 in the tournament with over 16 million VP, yet his highest character has a GS of 2,206. There is ZERO chance he's legit yet he's been up there since the event started.
If you would like further proof I am more than willing to take screenshots and send them to the proper people.
