Guild Guaiguai genuine or hacker ?

Ok so ive not ever seen the guild Guaiguai before.
Then last night out of the blue thy appeared at 17th place 24 hours later they have gone from having had 600k to now being at 3.2 Mill VP.
I check the guild leader board for GS and surprise the guild features no where int eh top 400 (so the collective GS is less than 13k).
So just getting peoples opinions. I realise it could be someone buying their way tot eh top, but the likelihood are very slim given 3 million points is not an easy task for players of low GS.
So whats everyones opinion ?

IE they dont feature in the top 1600 guild for total GS and certainly inm y mind have a collectively total no where near to reach 1 m VP for the whole event let alone over 2.5m in a single 24 hour period.
My mind is made up. But again what does everyone else think ?
