Making a loot database

I miss a loot-database as you can find for certain MMO's out there.
I am thinking I will post stats for an area after I've received atleast 150 times and I want your help to make this possible. More people = faster and more accurate droptable
All I want you to do is type down how often you get reagents, WHAT KIND of reagents, HOW MANY and WHERE? Be kind to press the reagents so you know it's not just 1, it can drop more sometimes.
Besides that I want a list of Epics and Legendaries you find, same questions here, what kind, how many and where?
On top of this information I want to know how many times you did this instance, this is very important so we can get a droptable in percentage.
To make this slightly easier I'm thinking you can only write "epic boots tier 1 dragon" instead of Neonate boots of the dragon or whatever tier 1 boots is called for your class.
I dont know all tier-names for all classes, so if you can provide this information as well it would be really helpful! (MAYBE ADMIN CAN HELP WITH THIS INFORMATION?)

I don't think there's much need in BGI, but I'm glad to help out.
My entries would probably look like:

IIF: 300.0%

...and then an Excel table for the drops, with items on the rows (sorted by type, tier, then rarity) and prefixes/suffixes on the columns.
Tables are a bit awkward to punch into forums, though.
All help is appreciated. But just hold on to it and when/if I make a list I'll let you know
