Citizen tribute

Hey everyone ! I'm level 42 and I was wondering if anyone knows when the citizen tribute with level up for me.. I've been waiting for the next level of weapons and gear to be inside the tribute but it's still level 36 stuff.. Anyone know when it will level up? Like which level I need to become or anything? Thank you!!:)

    The tributes you really want are Hammer, Anvil, Prometheus. Those aside then Emporer Tributes.

    Also the new gear is available at 44 and up.
