Promoting to guild leader

Is there a way to promote someone to guild leader without leaving the guild? If there isn't a way, who will be the guild leader if the master quits?

    On Android, if you promote a senior officer to guild leader, you get demoted to senior officer.

    If you continue experiencing this issue, use the bug report thread.
