who to contact for billing issues?

Can anyone help me? I tried to purchase gems, I got charged but never got my gems. 15 wingwangs worth. The ingame feature is completely useless. Havent got a response and its been DAYZ!!!!

    Stop spending money on GLU's games? Their customer support is nowhere to be found when you need them...
