Lost characters?

Dear GLU
Yesterday,during the event with sirens I uninstalled BGI and reinstalled.The question is whether the lost characters.Before the update I've done this and have not lost characters.My characters are a gladiator lv.50 and barbaress lv.41.

    Your mobile phone restore factory settings?If so, ID will be gone.

    No, I play on tablet. No factory reset just uninstalled & reinstalled BGI, instant, so ok?

    Same here...

    Restored my ipad and then reinstalled BG Immortals.
    Can't use my old nickname.

    Did I lost my account? What I have to do?

    Account may be lost. Contact support in game and they _may_ be able to help, but no guarantee.

    Hi during the tournament my energybar is completly filled and when i want to play it gives me a warning 401 nog enough energy.
    I have a pot/potion for energy which i cannot use.
    What can I do?

    Is it an Ipad? IF you are using an Ipad and have Icloud set up to backup reset your Ipad. Once reset restore from Icloud on Wifi.
