If you are like me, and had spent money and A WHOLE LOTTA TIME playing this game, only to be banned for doing nothing wrong, you're probably pretty upset after getting the canned email response from GLU support.

You can call google, explain the situation, and ask for your money back.

Just finished putting in my annoyance. Man this is not right. you can't even get a hold of anyone to plead your case. After spending a great deal of money on the game. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand the frustration you feeling but you need to be patient! The support team will resolve this issue. I have found them to be very helpful once they are able to get to your ticket!!! Hang in there!!!

My ticket response only stated I was suspended for cheating and the suspension would not be reversed!

they are going to realize a lot of people got banned for the wrong reasons... I don't know how they will p**** the cheaters from us... Since the character data is stored on your device (and people were modifying their characters), I would imagine they would just need to compare a snapshot of the account on their server to see if it was legit...

oh wait... they don't even have a cloud based save system.. really pathetic. Just reverse the bans GLU - hardly anyone probably deserved it, and you need to start a cloud based encryption system if you're going to continue on.

I urge anyone that's been wrongly banned to visit this thread and flag this app.. we all enjoyed the game.. I for one wish this was going to be fixed but don't see that happening. Glu is being totally irresponsible.

Does anyone know of anyone that has been unbanned? I ask mainly because I was surprised to get the BS "our algorithms are the bomb, we aren't unbanning you" email just yesterday. I thought that when handles set up the ban thread GLU would have stopped sending those emails out.
