In a normal situation uninstalling is not a problem (or at least it wasn't). I uninstalled and installed the game several times in march because i had problems connecting to servers and i didn't lose my progress, level or my items. I don't know if we would lose them because of the ban... In fact i don't know if we will unbanned yet.

Since they don't have cloud based storage, if you uninstalled, you lost your progress.
