How do you back up your save file?

I'm using android OS...

I figure it should be as simple as locating the correct path, and backing up those files to PC.

My phone is having problems and I don't want to lose my character.... :(

    This did not work on my galaxy S3. I lost countless hours and money to glu.

    I had a lvl 40 champ, restored my phone to factory defaults, and followed the instructions listed in the link.

    I've spent around 50 bucks on gems under the account 'admrlhuff' and now have had to switch to 'admrlhuff2'

    There's no way to switch accounts. I waited a very long time before launching the game. When restored to factory defaults, B&G Immortals was the first game that was pushed to my phone. I didn't dare start it for hours.

    And when I did... waaa waaammmp. Everything gone.

    Yeah... unfortunately this game does not back up to Google for us, so it has to be done manually. Below is the outline (read the whole thread) on a possible way to do it.

    For now, you will need to submit tickets and wait for the devs to reassign your old character on their servers to your new
