I believe that the server was down since 10 in the morning my time (CDT ) and persisted for 3 hours. Why was this wasn't announced? Is it possible we need to download an update when they are finished with the maintenance?

My guess is that the devs and engineers need to apply some fixes and patches perhaps? Android I think the engineers took care of already but I can't be 100% sure unless you had that message earlier on the day.
What's new on the iOS side? Curious Android minds want to know!
New map egypt ( Level 6 Buggy dont work) , some Kind of fighting Pets for 100 Gems new items and new Max Level ... And some new bug :-)
1. Reagents are mixed on the different maps. For example you can get gryphon and kraken, or manticore and kraken. Maybe it has to work that way, but it doesn't seem right.
2. Enemies spawn too slow, that makes impossible to get A rank for any map.
It may be this way by design, I'm not sure, but I hate it. Not only is it annoying, it also makes it extremely difficult to meet the 1:30 required to get an A.
Outside of that, Egypt is pretty cool. I'm glad they rolled out an update - I was starting to get bored.

The issue with Unknown Error is now fixed.
We'll look into the required time to get A in the following days.

Thanks. I just need to finish slammin' the new levels, even though it might be very hard when I fight Legendary Anubis (seers say that I need 13K Gear Quality, with a Tier 8 Legend Hero Weapon to fight him!).
1. It's about the same kind of reagents with different names. There is a thread already started by Thayans, check it pls.
2. Some mini bosses are way stronger than final map boss. I guess it should be reverted.
3. No gold gear drop from the Anubis.
