Chat doesn't work

I've tried several times to send chat messages and they never come through. I dont know if I have to activate "town" to delivering the message but I can't do that either. Hard to get help when you cant reach other players, not even personal chat. I haven't tried mail yet, that might work.

    Got it to work now. The game on your device has to be reloaded otherwise it's not in sync with the rest of the world, and then the chat doesnt work. Fix it.
