Usually our goal response time is within 48 hours. Currently the oldest new unassigned tickets are under that so if you already have a ticket in you should be getting a response as soon as we are able.
Honestly any date I gave would be wrong. They are generally just guesses as to how much time the dev team thinks it will take plus some time guessed for bug fixes. I would certainly say not this month and my guess is before the end of the year.

No it doesn't make any difference. Just if you want someone to know your actual team name you have to type it in to your message but other than that they are not tied together at all.
