I told support i was not getting kstars when i watched the ads and they asked me for a video showing that. How am i supposed to make a video showing something that’s not happening? Are they for real? I’ve also contacted them (on the same ticket) asking them to move me from bronze 1 to the correct tier and i’ve been ignored…
