Does anyone know of anyone that has been unbanned? I ask mainly because I was surprised to get the BS "our algorithms are the bomb, we aren't unbanning you" email just yesterday. I thought that when handles set up the ban thread GLU would have stopped sending those emails out.

You guys have been playing for a while me thinks... how has glu been with game issues in the past? I'm holding off getting a refund from Google Play, but don't know how long to wait. I enjoy the game and have gotten into a decent and active guild(24/24) right before the update. I'm at 5900 gs...should I wait it out?

Ban? Yes Length: 24 hours then right into 1.4 billion. Device: Samsung s5 active Os version: android 5.0. Details: paused during a siren event. I think it was nightmare level 7. Came back and unpaused about an hour later and was banned right after event ended. Don't remember if I used a potion or not.

they have mentioned the legendary problem but they have not addressed the problem affecting a huge amount of players. which is why Are we getting banned for doing nothing wrong and why is the ban a billion hours?
