Some of my friends are sending me a friend request but it never shows up in my messages, and when I send they receive but I don't get a message saying they accepted my friend request
Therefore I can't send them gifts 😞

I think the same is happening to me.

Some people claim to added me back, but they never show up...

Can't send a ticket since I already have one open by now.

Just reporting here for further investigation.

Yeah I sent them a new ticket about this bug
let's hope they will answer it and be able to fix it
cause it's frustrating to not have your friends in your friends list
