I won the red studded leather jacket as a daily prize and it disappear from my closet

Hello, I've been playing non stop without any issue, except this morning as a daily prize I won the famous leather jacket, however as soon as I was awarded with it, it disappeared from the game. It's not in my closet and idk what to do. Can somebody help me please?

    I won it this morning as well and for me it's the very last item in the tops section.

    That's odd. I would write a ticket to support. I don't think there is anything else you can do.
