My Game has been glitching for 5 days, No Help has been given!!!

Hey Guys,
Right before the update my game started glitching by offering three quests at a time at any given location which screwed up my single and stopped it from being able to gain sales. I have been waiting on anne to call me from starbeans for a week. I have emailed customer support like 6 times. I'm so annoyed because I stupidly spent a decent amount of money playing this game and now its all for nothing. After the update, new quests came in, but none of them affected the single and the three starbeans quests are still sitting there. My sinbgle now finished in last place after all this and it's still sitting at the right top screen, and it's not offering any new quests now. WTH?!! This is ridiculous, escpecially when you actually have spent over $100 in the past month playing this game!!!!

It took them more than 2 weeks to reply and they weren't even able to help, it was simply a "we'll look into it."
I would't hope to get your money back, just hope that you get a useful response.
