How to retreive saved progress?

Hello I wanted to know how I can retrieve the progress I had in the game. My phone had to be restored to factory settings and I had to redownload the app. Thanks

    Did you connect to Facebook previously? If not, I doubt so.

    Here's what Glu says on their FAQ site, updated 19 hours ago.

    If you've connected with Facebook, a backup is kept of the game - just in case your phone gets reset or some other data loss occurs.

    We do not, however, recommend trying to troubleshoot by re-installing. The Facebook backup may not be 100% reliable and you could risk losing progress. Please contact Customer Care before taking any drastic measures. We're here to help!

    Yea, connect with facebook, if it says it didn't work, try one more time, i deleted it and reinstalled it and was able to recover the game after two tries.
