It's now been over 2 weeks - Game still Glitching - No Help Given

It has now been over two weeks, and at least 5 tickets sent regarding the glitch in my game. This is ridiculous, does anyone work for this company? What kind of software/game developer can't fix minor glitches in their players' game. I have spent over $150.00 on this game and honestly feel scammed. It's not right, at least refund me the money I've spent if you are not going to fix it! :mad::mad::mad:

    I had issues that I reported and the scripted response I was emailed back included a ridiculous process to submit a ticket for review. I lost real money. The way this company is conducting themselves is shameful and unethical. This is horrible customer service. I've had a ton of glitches that cost me gems money and prizes that I haven't even bothered to report. I too feel scammed. They know we are fans and taking advantage of honest players.
