Can't load/Can't take update

I haven't been able to open the game or download the update. The game keeps trying to load, and then it says unable to.

I uninstalled, then it would not let me reinstall it. Just not available to do. Then it would try, and come back 'unable to update' I let it go. When the 5.3.0 KKH update came out a few days later...it wont update. 2 unplayable games. One I spent 2 years and boatloads of money on.

Even if I get all fixed, I don't think I'll be taking BSAD again.
