I'm finally done! It's my second finished event so I'm happy about it. The hair is not that cute but I really wanted to finish the event so that's why I grinded. Also managed to get the earrings so yeah, my job is done!

The ads go away for a month after you purchase gems/cash with real money. Then you need to buy again in order to remove the ads for another month, and it goes on and on like this.
