Take screen shots of your final trial progress, I'd say. (In my case, they're saying I lost a saucer after losing a level during trial of style ... a level I actually passed.)

I can't watch any videos ever. Doesn't matter if I just launched the app or if I have been playing for a while.
I just opened a new ticket reporting the same issue, since they either closed my ticket or stopped responding.

Well. I moved the game from my SD card back to my Android's internal storage. Tried playing a video and it worked!
Once. Only once.
Video is back to not working, so I'm moving the game back to the SD card.

In other news, received another response that they're working on it. I think they closed my ticket (with no resolution), but I can't tell.
