How to complete sniper missions on killing spree ?

I am unable to complete the sniper missions on the killing spree after level 3 or 4.
It is not possible to use frags and I cannot afford hundreds of reactix pills .
What is the strategy in this case ?

You can try and pick them off before being spotted, but they eventually do start firing back. Reactix Pills do make it easier. If you want to build these up without buying, you can get these with melee kills, Eg the airport on Easy, you can kill all 5 with melee, don't finish the contract, just pause, forfeit and restart. May take many go's at this to build up but easy. If you have a stock of these, you can just run off say 20 at the start, will give you more than 3 minutes on slo-mo, should be enough to finish a level.

Otherwise, try and get one of the Special Events weapons that run at the weekends, these can give you 1 shot kills. Also, while taking part you can get the Health Pills.

Finally, if you have Credits, the best armour is awesome, 95% protection and lasts hundreds of hits.

The weapon at the end is not all that though, there are better that you can either win on the Special Events or even the Assault Weapon you can buy for 350,000.
