What does the Cloud Save do?

I have played CK2 on two Android devices. I mostly played on my phone and has a far higher progress compared to the other device. I tried to save on Google+ Cloud from the Phone and it said that the save game was successfully saved. But when I try loading from the Cloud to the other Android device there seemed to be no changes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling CK2 on the other Android device and there is no update in the progress when I tried loading the save game from the cloud.

So my question is what does the Cloud Save actually do? What does it save?

FYI these are the devices I used.

Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini
MSI Njoy 71

Appreciate the link but it does not actually answer my question. What I want to know is how to play on another device once in a while and what cloud save does.

Come on. Anyone, someone? Doesn't anyone know what Google+ Cloud Save does? Devs? Admins?
