Im not sure what your meaning. To reload your weapon you simply click on the weapon icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen. It has never cost glu credits to reload your weapon. I'm not so sure this is what your talkin about reloading, so feel free to elaborate if this doesn't help.

Answer is, you can do this on some devices, others you need to do a complete device backup in case you need to restore.
Deleting the game and reinstalling is likely to mean bye-bye progress, credits, weapons etc.
