My credit and weapons lost

my game data lost yesterday,what i purchased the weapons and credit all wasted,please restore my credit otherwise i need refund

Same to me but complain is useless to them. I lose 100$ for nothing when my glu credit gone with the weapon disappear cause of losing progress but u know they won't care so they won't restore data for us and will be more impossible to get refund. Asking refund here = asking a God
