Why I cannot get free gold after went through the activities?

Hi, there. I cannot get the gold through free gold activities. Please refer to first picture that is what I point to. When I notice there is message saying I should off any ad blocking app to avoid income issue, I check with my iPhone setting and get some information saying my region doesn't support ad in apps right now. I am not sure it is the cause that I cannot get gold after I did the activities. Could you please show me the correct way to use free gold activities? Since I have send some message to the Fyber, but I never get any feedback so far.
