  Did somebody tell you to uninstall the game?

  We do not recommend uninstalling Glu games. Most of our games do not save gameplay progress online, they save it on your local device. Uninstalling will erase that progress from your device. We also don't know what device you have as different platforms have different support options. Please contact Customer Care to see what options you have. you can reach them by submitting a ticket.
