Get 3 one-Shot Kills In-A-Row (HELP)

Hi guys, I think it's just simple but I just can't complete this challenge. I used Defender II and Viper x-72 but still can't complete, I can't kill any of the enemy with one-shot using either of these guns. I think, maybe because they are wearing body armor or I don't know.
How did you complete this challenge guys?

    You'll have to skip that challege till you save up for next avalible sniper,then find a contract with 3 armorless enemies

    Try a big gun, like the viper and take three headshots.
