All purchased med kits vanished

I purchased the large med kit pack, closed game, reopened game and GLU credits spent on med kits was gone, but not a single med kit was there. Was told all purchases accounted for and that was that. If that is true why can't you show me how I supposedly used them? I have been using this game for quite awhile and this is only issue, but it is a spendy one.
